File Download Instructions

• 1. One of these will happen:
•     A. A small window will open with the file name
•         I. Click the file name to open
•     B.  The file will open in word 
•     C. You will be prompted to allow the download
•          I. If allowed 2A or 2B will occur
• 2. If none of these occur, check your browser security settings, clear the cache and try again
